Wednesday 5th September
Competition # 6. PDI. Worm's Eye View and Open.
Worm's eye view - show something ordinary which becomes spectacular when taken from a very low angle. Trees, skyscrapers, cathedrals, anything.  Imagination required!
The judge tonight is
Alan Goldby from Kempston CC.
Please ensure you have read ALL the competition rules and guidelines before submitting any work for a competition.
Please contact any of the committee members who are fully conversant with the presentation needs of the print easel, the projector and the audio visual system.

Wednesday 12th September
PRACTICAL: Silhouettes.  Victorian profile photography could be a good idea http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silhouette and the Javanese shadow play http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wayang.  We have some ideas for Photograms on a light-box etc.  None of these needs sophisticated lighting and yet will exercise the imagination.

Wednesday 19th September
Speaker: Clive Jones from Oxford PS It's All Out There.  Images that have caught my eye over the last twelve months or so.  See 'The Oxonian' on Flickr:

Wednesday 26th September
Michaelmas.  A casual evening, bring and buy sale ending with an auction.  Bring along those items you don't use: gadgets, lenses, old cameras, filters, books and magazines, bits and bobs.  Put them on the table for sale/swap/exchange and at the end we will auction those (with your permission) that really HAVE to go!
