
Competition Winners in 2020
Well, 2020 has definitely been a difficult year. Thankfully, it has nearly passed, and hopefully, by the middle of 2021 things will improve. A welcome distraction to all this has been entering images into the club’s internal competitions. So, who has excelled and reached the top this year? There’s been some fantastic images submitted in 2020, which has resulted in a hard fought race. Congratulations to every member who competed in this year’s Club competitions, but, at the end of the day there must be winners. So without further ado, here are our Competition Winners for 2020…
Photographer of the Year Competition Winners
Our main club contest is ‘The Photographer of the Year’, (P.O.T.Y.), which comprises of 8 rounds. Each member can enter three images in each round, of which one image is a pre-defined SET subject and the other two images are classed as OPEN. The P.O.T.Y. trophy is awarded to the member with the highest combined score for all of these rounds. In addition, there are a number of sub-categories within this competition which are also detailed below:
