Mike Kirby

Mike started his interest in photography at a young age and set up his business as a photographer in 2001. Although he is interested in all aspects of photography, the commercial side has predominantly been about people in the form of weddings and portraits. Other areas in which he is interested in include landscapes, wildlife and travel.

Mike finished Buckingham Camera Club’s 2025 Photographer of the Year competition in joint 9th place. He was also 2025’s Print competition winner. Here are six of Mike’s high scoring images from either 2025’s POTY, or from the Print competition.
