Versatility is the objective of Buckingham Camera Club’s Versatility Challenge. Considered a fun competition, its winner receives the ‘prize’ of judging the competition the following year. The Versatility Challenge took place before the Summer break on the 29th July.
This year’s Versatility Challenge titles were decided by last year’s winner, Peter Warner. They were:
- Surprising
- Joyful
- Complex
- Nostalgic
- Serene
Each photographer has the challenge of finding images from their existing portfolio that represents each of these titles, as closely as possible. Photographers can only enter existing images.
For winning last year, Peter judged this year. Peter considered Matthew Kitchen as the photographer who was the most versatile for 2026.
