So, last week was all about emotions, happy, sad and angry! This was due to our next round of the Photographer of the Year (POTY) competition, where the subject is ‘Emotions‘. Luckily for us, we had Effy Willis join us for the evening to help with poses for this. There were three areas to capture Effy in, each with their own unique lighting set-up. Effy was even able to shed a tear for us! It’s amazing what a line of photographers can do to a model! Effy was brilliant and very accommodating in providing different poses for the different emotions we wished to capture.
Post-it Notes
We had a full range of members shooting in the evening from young to old and experienced to first-timers. Effy was patient and happy to accommodate any suggestion that members had, as a result, everyone had a great time. Even down to being asked if she would have Post-It notes stuck all over her face! Can’t wait to see how that turned out!
