Last Wednesday evening (25th August), Buckingham Camera Club hosted the inaugural Trevor Maggs Trophy competition over Z00m. This being a mobile phone photography competition, entries had to be taken directly from a mobile device. No editing was allowed.
Trevor’s other half, Beverly, and their family enjoyed watching the judging commentary by Micki Aston.
Of all the entries, Micki was impressed with the following, which she held back:
- John Credland – Glass Half Full
- Mike Kirby – That’s Delicious
- Nick Steadman – Beauty At The Window
- Martin Try – Unfinished Project
- Joanne Thompson – A Streak Of Blue Bells
Micki then awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd places to:
- 3rd Martin Try – No Time To Waste
- 2nd Tony Chivers – Freesia
- 1st Matthew Kitchen – Time Watcher
Congratulations go to Matthew, who not only wins the trophy, but also a donation to a charity of his choice.
